SciFi and Fantasy Art: An elf lady.

It was suppose to be Nimrodel, but then she should be wearing white, so it's not. Just another elf in Lothlorien, I guess. :)

That´s really a very nice picture - I love how you coloured it. The face is very pretty and everything seems very natural. I absolutely love this one. Thank you! Glad you like it!

There is an old Irish legened(being irish i know this from family stuff) but there is a woman that wanders through the country looking for something..whsn i was a kid i visualized her in my head...this was similar to what i saw..my jaw dropped....anyways...love it ...love it..love it... its beautiful, stupendous..and all that good stuff! ^.^Hehe, half the time I just make un-preconcieved pictures I have a nagging feeling I'm drawing illustrations to some stories I don't even know. Thank you for your comment!

she makes me think more of a young woman from Rohan, playing hide and seek with her sweetheart, he's counting and watching her through his fingers and she looks back and smiles because she knows. Then they forget their game and insted run and laugh and jest on the edge of the forest at the very north of Rohan. i always forget it's name but i know it's there

I think that would be Fangorn... I'm glad my pictures have such an imaginitive effect on some people.

Even though the trees in the background are very blurry , they look so real!~nice effectI didn't really intend for the trees to look very real, but its good that my experiment with the smudge tool was to a degree a success. 2

she%u2019s really pretty...but then, being an elf, she would be!!! i love her expression, kinda cheeky/guilty...but disguising it rather well!!!

:-) Natalia Nikitin replies: "Yup, for all their gravity Tolkein%u2019s elves had a playful, lighter side to them as well. : )"
